Dedalus Vindicated in Spanish Elegy Lawsuit

“The mission of the Dedalus Foundation is to educate the public about modern art and modernism, with particular attention to the work of Robert Motherwell. Part of our mission is to protect the integrity of Motherwell’s art by including only authentic works in the catalogue raisonné of his paintings and collages. The settlement reached in the recent lawsuit between Killala Fine Art and Julian Weissman demonstrates that the Dedalus Foundation’s authentication process is not only effective – but essential.” Jack Flam, President and CEO
